Simply contact us and discuss your problem. Before you make any commitment we will give you an estimate for the work you require. A one time 20 minute instant support credit starts at just £20.00 (this is usually adequate for the most common of computer problems).
If you wish to proceed and you haven’t already purchased a Remote Support Credit then we will talk you through the quick and easy process to do so. A Bank to Bank Transfer is our preferred and easiest way to make payments, our bank details are included on the bottom of our invoice, but we can also take payment via PayPal or Credit Card.
